1. **Custom Orders**

 - All our cookies are made to order to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. **Order Accuracy**

 - As your order is prepared specifically as per your request, we encourage customers to double-check their selections before finalizing the purchase.

3. **Exception Policy**

 - In the event of a product defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will address the situation on a case-by-case basis, but note that refunds will generally not be issued.
